Boudoir photography can take many forms, but essentially it's a celebration of empowerment, confidence, and feeling beautiful. Most boudoir sessions take place in the home, but they can also be shot in the studio or even outdoors. Boudoir sessions are designed to reflect what makes you feel strong as an individual and to showcase how desirable that confidence can be. Individual sessions can be to capture a special moment in life, to celebrate a milestone, to give a gift to someone special, or to finally show yourself how wonderful of a person you are. A couple's session can serve as a great memento of your relationship and how connected you are emotionally and physically. While many boudoir sessions might feature intimate settings with light or implied nudity, I do not ever shoot sexually explicit nor erotic content.
Note: I shoot boudoir sessions without an assistant, but I am 100% happy to allow you to bring a friend or significant other along to make you feel more comfortable and help you out.
Boudoir Photography Pricing
A typical boudoir session lasts about two hours and can encompass several wardrobe changes. Pricing varies a bit based on whether we're shooting in a client's home, a rented space, outdoors, or in a studio. Most clients want printed copies to go along with their digital files, and I can help in that process if needed. A boudoir shoot starts at $200, with most clients spending on average about $300-$350 for a session.
